I know I'm bad! I'm posting Merry Christmas wishes after Christmas...eeek! I do hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!!! I know we did. I've decided to take some time off to be with my family which is the reason things have been so quiet on my blog. I am the proud Auntie to this adorable little girl. Meet my brand new niece! The whole family has been waiting with baited breath for these images. I'm super duper short on words since I've been sitting at this computer for the past 15hrs....yes that's right ladies and gentlemen....15hrs trying to get caught up! This was my first newborn session with my new assistant and all I have to say is....I love her!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Becky for making this session so enjoyable! Having an extra set of hands makes newborn sessions a breeze! This little girl was a dream to work with, she was so sleepy and so cooperative, we couldn't have asked for a better model. And would you believe that a complete stranger saw the picture of this little doll in the basket and wants to buy a print to hang in their house. At first I thought they were joking but I guess they are serious...so little "S" it looks like your modeling career has officially begun! I was a little apprehensive about this session when I arrived because it was the windiest day of the year....quite possibly the windiest day in my life. But we just all rolled with the punches. (Even though a small tree literally fell down across the path behind them while I was photographing them) Wind, trees falling over, maybe even a little debris....not enough to scare this family away from being photographed. This is the second time photographing the little guy of the family...and it was a pleasure working with the entire family this time! Thanks so much for your awesomeness! You guys were amazing!
