I could get lost in those beautiful baby blues!!!!! Birmingham, Michigan Children's Photographer/Detroit, Michigan Baby Photographer
Here is a part two snippet of the Loper session. Would you just look at this beautiful child...I mean honestly...I could get lost in those eyes and have crazy dreams about having more babies. Ugh...hold on a second......I have to go take the marker out of my 2 year olds hand since she's now turned my dining room wall into abstract art, and my oldest seems to be treating the coffee table as a catapult to launch herself through the air from mid living room onto the couch. Speaking of catapults.....I've just been quickly catapulted back to reality...this baby is precious and all....but let's be honest, the two I have are enough! I've got my hands full ;)

Ho Ho Ho!
Well we ventured over to the Mall last week to meet Santa Claus! The kids loved every second of it. He was the sweetest nicest Santa and even took a second for a silly fish lip picture. What a sport! Thanks so much Santa for making my girls visit so special!!!! We love you!
Now I do realize that this picture isn't of the best quality...let's face it...I'm a natural light photographer...and in the mall there was no source of natural light anywhere, so we've got a mixture of incandescent and fluorescent....but I still love this image!

No it's not his look alike! It's really him! | Birmingham, MI children's photographer, Detroit, MI Family Photographer
He's 6'6", and 320lbs, and made me feel miniature as he towered over me. Meet Daniel Loper of the Detroit Lions with his beautiful wife Jennifer and adorable 6 month old daughter Savannah. Now excuse me for a second while I gush over Jennifer for a bit. Jennifer could stop traffic....and that is no joke. She is gorgeous...and her eyes, oh my gosh those eyes.....all I have to say is WOW! And then there's Savannah....what a doll baby! Not only is she cute but she's probably one of the happiest 6 month olds that I've ever photographed. This sweet girl seriously smiled the entire time. She has the best disposition which I guess isn't so surprising considering her Mom and Dad are so easy going and fun to be around. It was exciting for me to capture the softer side of this rough and tough football player and the realtionship that he has with his family. It's obvious to me....whether he wants me to know or not....that his little Savannah and gorgeous wife Jennifer turn him in to a big pile of mush! Sorry Daniel....I guess the secret's out....I think you're a bit of a softy.
Daniel's subtle goofiness combined with Jennifer's warm personality made me feel like I had known them for years. Thank you for making this so easy and fun....I really had a great time working with you!
Now onto the pics.....
Jennifer wanted some formal family pictures done for their Christmas cards as well as a few casual shots. We also took some individual shots of Savannah so please be sure to come back to see part two of this post showcasing Savannah's beautiful bright blue eyes!

Sass-i-ness can be a good thing ;) Birmingham, Michigan Children's Photographer, Oakland County Children's Photographer
My Website is officially working again....well actually it was officially working like 2 minutes after I screamed to everyone that it wasn't....I was just to busy to give you all an update....sorry. And because I'd hate to have two consecutive posts without pictures....I'll leave you with the sweet girl! I love this picture! It just screams...."I am soooooo sassy!" In all honesty though....there was nothing sassy about this adorable little girl. I have so many favorites from this session...I have no idea how I will ever be able to narrow them down. I'm incredibly behind on my posts....I doubt...anything from late October and November will even make it to my blog....so...in advance...I'm really, really, sorry but just know how much I love all of you ;)

Something in the air...|Howell, MI Children's Photographer, Detroit, MI Children's Photographer
There must have been something in the air on the day of this session because I ran into 7 other photographers while photographing this adorable family. One of the photographers that I ran into said...."Wow what great looking little models!"...I have to agree with her....I do have the most adorable models! How lucky am I?? I'm very short on words...as I'm struggling to keep my head above water these days. Thanks "C" family for such a fun session even if I was just about ready to have you commit a federal offense.....seriously....Did anyone else know that it's a federal offense to be on the railroad tracks???? I was informed by a certain someone that I could be thrown in jail...hmmmmmmm to believe or not to believe....that is the question.
I just love the picture below! I love what lil' sis is doing to her big brother...totally candid and unposed! I'm so glad that I captured it!

Yes it's real ! Bloomfield Hills, Photographer | Senior Pictures
Well hello beautiful senior bird whisper...hee hee hee. Yes to answer all of your questions....the sweet little chickadee is real...it's not a prop that I brought along in my pocket and no it's not a pet either. It's wild but just extremely friendly and apparently hungry as it was snacking on crumbled up dog treats from A's hand. I had so much fun on this session! Thanks for braving the cold and making it seem like it was so much warmer than it really was! You were such a trooper! And now for your teeny tiny sneak peek....sorry that I didn't have time to post more. For all of you out there waiting for sneak peeks....I'm insanely behind and I'll do my best to try and give everyone just a snip of a sneak peek to wet your palettes! Thanks all for your patience!

Beautiful Family!!!! Bloomfield Hills Children's Photographer, Family Portrait Photographer, Family Pictures, Detroit Michigan Photographer
I had so much fun photographing this family! And their house....oh my goodness....their house. Probably the most beautiful house that I have ever set foot in. Seriously...it looked like something straight out of a magazine! I wish I would've taken pictures of it. From a beautiful house to beautiful parents, to beautiful kids.....(insert sigh here)...beautiful! The kids were so much fun they showed me some fancy gymnastics, some mad basketball skillz, and how much they loooove riding their razor scooters! Thanks "P" family...you guys were wonderful. Enjoy your sneak peek!
