My Munchkins | Howell, Mi Children's Photographer, West Bloomfield, MI Children's Photographer, Birmingham, MI Children's Photographer

I've been trying out some different processing...but it seems that my images still look the same. What do you think? Does anyone see a difference at all? Tap, Tap, hello...I think I've lost the majority of my readers since I never post anything...I'll get you all back..if it's the last thing that I do ;)

um, first of all...ADORABLE pic of your beauties. yes, i do see a difference, not a crazy difference, but that is a good thing. i see the colors are a bit muted and it looks warm...slightly vintage...i love it.

Jean thanks for the response...although what you described is not the look that I'm after. I'm getting a little frustrated trying to get the look that I want. I want clean, fresh, sharp. I want to maintain the detail in my midtones...but I want my images to be bright....ughhhhhhh. I'm getting so frustrated. I'm about ready to take this picture down and start all over. I wish it was easy.

I am still here. I agree, this picture is adorable. It is frustrating to try and get the picture processed the way you want it. I have a question for you. In the picture below what did you use to make the eyes look so awesome? I just love that picture.

Jennifer, I love the image, your children are adorable and the pose is awesome. I definitely see the warm undercurrents in the white balance. I by no means am an expert with photoshop. Perhaps make the image a bit cooler? If you don't mind, I'm going to play with it a bit and see what I can come up with for you. :-)

I'm still glad your still a faitful follower...I consider you to be one of the very few these days...lol. To answer your question about the picture below...I can't remember if I lightened them at all or not...I'm thinking not since she was already looking up and there was an open sky behind me. I know that I used one of the eye actions from coffee shop...I know that I for sure used the soft light layer part which is called (eye define)at maybe 50%ish but I'm not sure if I used the portion called bright eyes or not. I know...I'm a whole lot of help huh??

I love checking your blog! I really like all your pics, so I will be of no help...especially being such a "newbie" compared to everyone else :)

Adorable pic! It looks a little warmer to me with some berry/pinkinsh undertones - vintagey, but not over-the-top. I think it's nice.
